Development and Training
Spiral hires talented and enthusiastic people and actively supports them in reaching their full potential. New employees are given introductory training in the company's products and services as well as specific professional training to equip them to carry out their new position. In addition to ongoing professional training, Spiral's management development program enables employees interested in rising to management level to learn while they earn. Many of Spiral's managers started at entry level positions and worked their way up. Where possible, Spiral promotes from within, first seeking to fill new positions from Spiral's team. We encourage employees to aim high and actively assist them in furthering their education. Our education scholarship program is awarded annually to a limited number of employees who wish to further their higher education and study work-related subjects that will enrich their knowledge, enhance their career path within Spiral and contribute to the company's growth.

Once a year, the annual excellence award, which recognizes and rewards outstanding achievement, is given to Spiral's employee of the year by the CEO during the annual company day.
