France's newest B2B provider is a joint venture between Spiral Solutions and Santa Maria Group
PARIS, 01 JUNE 2010 - Spiral Solutions Ltd., world leader in interactive gaming and parent company to mobile gaming solutions provider Spin3, and Santa Maria Group , the exclusive distributor of Bally games and systems to the French casino industry, have joined forces to launch Spiral Solutions France. The new joint venture, which will be run from a dedicated office in Paris, offers a uniquely personal, professional and boutique B2B service to France's emerging eGaming market, based on the market's leading poker network.
Led by Christophe Santa Maria, General Manager of the Santa Maria Group, Spiral Solutions France is focused on the provision of tailored interactive gaming solutions. Spiral Solutions France, which has already signed its first client to be announced shortly, offers a wide portfolio of services based on the industry and market experience of its founders that can be shaped to enable any enterprise to launch its own branded online poker room. The available services cover every aspect of managing an eGaming solution; from business and regulatory analysis and consultation, a comprehensive business management system and marketing and customer retention services, to complete training programmes and a dedicated French-language customer service centre for the emerging French market.
Spiral Solutions France's clients will benefit from France's leading online poker platform following a strategic alliance between Spiral Solutions France and Microgaming. The French poker network was formed in May 2010 in a joint venture between Microgaming and 888 Holdings plc, and combines world-class games and software with the highest levels of player liquidity on a single platform.
"Brands need an experienced provider of professional B2B services and consultancy in order to capitalise on France's new gaming space," said Christophe Santa Maria, President of Spiral Solutions France. "Many prospective entrants don't have experience of operating an eGaming business. We have the technology, experience, personal services and the regulatory insight to meet the needs of our clients and the French market."
Christophe Santa Maria continues, "We are boutique in terms of our size and outlook. We are private and professional, and our services are tailored to each client and delivered by a dedicated team of seasoned experts. This approach sets Spiral Solutions France apart from the competition as France's leading B2B provider of eGaming services. The market reaction has been incredibly positive. We have already signed our first client - a group of major land-based casinos in France - which is a fantastic first step for us and we aim to announce more deals in the coming months."
Matti Zinder, Head of Spiral Solutions said, "A new market requires a fresh approach. Spiral Solutions France combines the technology and 11 years of experience of Spiral Solutions with the Santa Maria Group's expertise and market insight. With a combined track record of success, we have all the elements to create the most unique and attractive B2B offering for the French eGaming market."
Roger Raatgever, CEO, Microgaming says "We have experienced great success with Spiral Solutions in markets all over the world. We are delighted, in conjunction with 888, to be able to provide them with the technical solution for the French market. We are in a fantastic position to support anyone looking to launch and operate a successful online poker room in France with our market leading poker platform and the value-added services provided by Spiral Solutions France. With the new regulations in place, France offers a fantastic environment to do what we do best; delivering the best platform of online games to our eGaming clients under the requirements of the Authority for the Regulation of online Gaming (ARJEL)."
As part of its bespoke and personal service, Spiral Solutions France will also provide advertising and marketing solutions to support the launch and operation of its clients' online poker rooms through its links with the Santa Maria Group, which specialises in media buying for the emerging French eGaming sector.
