Eran joined Spiral as Chief Financial Officer in 2004 and has been the backbone in Spiral’s financial direction; providing deep analysis, advise and skilled evaluation. He has been centrally responsible for Spiral’s advanced Business-to-Business content aggregation and billing division operations.

Eran is a certified accountant and joined Spiral Solutions after having worked at a leading Tel Aviv chartered accounting firm. He has wide experience in all aspects of large-scale commercial transactions, within both the private and public sectors.
